Privacy of guests

Pension Karlsdorfer Hof is obliged to collect the following data from a guest at the time of booking and check-in - Name and date of birth of the main booker - Name and date of birth of the accompanying guest(s) - Proof of identity data of the main booker - Address, residence and nationality of the main booker - Nationality of the accompanying guest(s) - Arrival and departure date These data (1.) are passed on to the municipality and serve for: -generate the MIC-card ('Gästekarte'), and -pay tourist tax

The Karlsdorfer Hof guesthouse also records the following

- E-mail address - Telephone number

We use this data to build up our customer database and for our own marketing purposes. We do not share guest data with other providers and their marketing activities.

Do you use a booking platform?

When using for example Booking.com or My Tourist, the specific privacy rules of those providers apply.
